Baptism
Baptisms at Saint Blase are held last Saturday of each month.
Parents and godparents must be of the Catholic faith.
Children that are baptized must have at least one godparent.
Godparents must be baptized, confirmed, and be at least 16 years old.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Copy of child's birth certificate.
If godparents are married to each other (must be married through the Catholic Church) a copy of their marriage certificate.
